The TC series is a line of products made of thermal interface silicone rubbers which offer superior electrical insulation. Special fillers have been added to boost heat-dissipating performance. The products of Low-hardness TC series are elastic, have good adhesion to heating elements and heat-sinks, and offer highly effective heat dissipation.
These products have superior thermal conductivity, elasticity, and adhesiveness (Low-hardness type), so they offer highly effective heat dissipation.

TC-SET4-20 | 4.5 | 1.08 |
Test Method
1) 3 mm thickness pad was cut to 20 x 20 mm size, and sandwiched by polyimide films.
2) Pad sample was compressed to 50% thickness (1.5 mm) with compression tool and spacer.
3) Sample was put into aging chamber. After aging, sample was taken out.
4) Pad sample was released after it returned to room temperature, and the thickness 60 minutes later was measured.
